If all you are doing is forwarding resumes to your boss, then a simple covering sentence will suffice, such as: "Please find attached the latest fresher's resumes."
If, on the other hand, your role is more involved in the recruitment process, then your boss will expect more from you, such as comments for each CV, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, etc. You should provide your boss with solutions for him/her to consider.

Write a simple email requesting him to look at the resumes. Do include a short half sentence about a few highlight resumes. If its a long list then you might want to make a spreadsheet with comments.
