Do you want the forms like 19 & 10c or the forms that are required for registration? If you need any specific form, please let me know because it will be really difficult to write the steps for filling out each form.

I have attached these forms at cite hr because some time I want any form on urgent basis but not able to find that & at that time I really feel irritation. And I don't want anybody to feel that irritation.
I’ll try to attach most of the forms related ESI,PF, IR and other.
