When I joined the current IT company 2 years ago, the logo printed on my joining letter was different. Currently, the letterhead and logo format have completely changed. I wish to know if, when the old employees leave, they will receive the relieving documents on the latest letterhead format. Kindly let me know if this difference in the joining and relieving letterhead will create any problems for employees seeking their next job.

Dear Harsha ji,

The Impact of Logo Changes on Employment

How does the logo matter in the employment of any person, in their joining and leaving? Does the change of logo change the entity of any company or any employment?

My appeal to HR professionals is not to ask such or similar kinds of questions, at least under the signature of HR Fraternity. We are supposed to be superior to others in all respects. We not only select others but also are the instrument in their development.

I beg your pardon if you or anybody in the HR Fraternity is hurt by me.

Moderators are requested to delete my post if it is found not to be appropriate or hurting anybody.

Regards.
