Please help as I am a fresher in an HR job. I would like to know what kind of letter should be given to an employee if she says that she is coming late to the office, and after some time, she will not come to the office nor inform that she is not coming. This has been happening for the last 2 to 3 months.

Kindly assist as soon as possible.

I need a format for handling absenteeism as she neither comes nor calls after saying she will be late to the office on the same day she takes leave. Sometimes, she doesn't call back after saying she will come to the office. I don't know how to respond to my senior as I am new to the HR profile, and I need help from my HR seniors who have experienced this situation.
