HYBRID STRUCTURE
A hybrid organization structure is one that combines the characteristics of botha product structure and a functional structure. In this structure, functions important to each product or market are decentralized,
whereas other functions are centralized.
MATRIX STRUCTURE
Horizontally, a team – based structure that crosses the traditional, functional boundaries is developed. This team based structure focuses on ongoing , major imperatives for re- creating the organization through reengineering.

Here in this Manager A can contact both M -D & M – B ,
Like that M- E can contact M-H, M-D, M-F, M-B
Conclusion is that here in this communication flows both Vertical & Horizontal & both project team & Routine team work together.
