Ever wondered why, in spite of being true and honest, we tend to be treated so badly? Despite loving someone deeply, they never seem to understand. Despite being on time for work and dedicating our whole life, we are still criticized. Despite sacrificing all the good in life while waiting for the best, we finally come to a standstill. Now the question arises: is fate at play, or is it God's way of telling us that we can find light at the end of the tunnel?

Hi
How we interpret our experiences is largely based on our attitude. Someone with a positive attitude would seek to find the good in the experience whereas someone who has a more negative mind set would possibly seek out limitations and problems in even a very positive experience. E.g. If someone has studied hard and yet fails in an exam he/ she can rationalize that life has been very unfair or the person can re-asses how he/ she answered the paper and possibly conclude that better effort was needed. Similarly at appraisal time, the feedback got from seniors especially the negative feedback must be calmly evaluated and then the truth may be more clearly seen. If the feedback, in your opinion was unjustified, make greater efforts to ensure that the same feedback is not got again rather than merely feeling victimized.
