Maintaining a Staff Leave Register
Hello, I am working as an HR in a factory. Could anyone please tell me how to maintain a staff leave register, including sick, casual, and earned leaves? Also, tell me how many leaves are applicable as per the Factories Act.

Hi Ashle, please visit any stationery shop and ask for a Leave Register. It's a printed book that will provide all the information on how to maintain the "Staff Leave Register." Also, inquire about other registers as you will need to maintain them as well. If you prefer not to manage them manually, consider transferring the data to MS Excel.
