I am in HR with one of the BPOs, and we are planning to do some employee engagement activities for the employees on their birthdays. We are also planning to start a birthday bash for our employees. For this, I am looking for some suggestions from your side, like how should we plan this while keeping a low budget? Currently, we are just giving personalized birthday cards to them.
I am awaiting some suggestions from your side.

In fact, we have started celebrating Employee Birthdays every month for the past three months. This is a mass birthday gathering where all the employees whose birthdays fall in the same month celebrate on one common day. We get a big cake, soft drinks, and snacks, and we arrange chairs in the open lawn. We ask the employees to participate in games, songs, and have fun. This is not very expensive; it would come up to 2500 to 3000 Rs. In fact, employees wait for this day every month to refresh themselves with lots of games, activities, etc. We are 85 to 90 employees, but how many are you? Plan your budget accordingly.
In fact, this has helped employees to overcome their phobias and participate in the fun activities. Also, the gap between them and management is narrowing gradually.

Thank you for sharing. I have around 150 employees in my department, and they celebrate their birthdays based on their respective processes. For instance, if there are 20 employees in one process, they organize a party for themselves. What I would like is to have a common celebration arranged for everyone.
