Thank you for posting the wonderful PowerPoint presentation. One suggestion I have is to include a greater number of tips to increase the open area of the Johari Window. One of the best ways to do this is to take a test called the Personal Effectiveness Test from a book called 'Training Instruments in HRD and OD'. The PE test is based entirely on the concept of the Johari Window and can be very useful for charting out clear action plans to be effective both at the workplace and at home. Using the PowerPoint presentation in conjunction with the instrument can be very useful to help employees understand the importance of the concept and become more effective.

Warm regards,

Hi Pranali,

Nice presentation. Thank you for sharing. In the presentation, you have segmented people into 4 quadrants. I believe this was done with the help of a questionnaire. Could you please explain more about it?

Thanks and regards,

Hello friends,

Greetings! I need some interactive classroom games/activities for soft skill training. Can you please suggest something? I have searched the net and did not come across anything interesting.

Thanks,
Rachna
