Johari Window consists of 4 dimensions to explain the personal attributes of an individual - the 4 dimensions are closed, dark, arena, and blind where a map is drawn against the individual and others. Known to one unknown to others - closed. Unknown to one known to others - blind. Unknown to one and others - dark. Known to both is - arena. A basic explanation of Johari Window.
I am doing a project on the 720-degree appraisal method which includes all the personal relationships of an employee in appraising him/her. I have to do it in 8 organizations with 10 employees per organization and 11 respondents per employee, leading to a sample size of 880 people.
