It's not an organizational structure you have just shown, divided by the area of responsibility. An org structure should also show the number of employees and should be flat, so it gives a clear idea of responsibility and ensures smooth functioning.

Vikas, your efforts are appreciable, but one thing I want to suggest is that COURT CASES are not the role of the HR department. Court cases are dealt with by the LIAISON Dept. As one of our site members' suggestions, members who are responsible for certain activities should also be mentioned in the departmental structure.
