However, I have one suggestion. It would be really helpful if you could include the Industrial Act with their sections. This will help the reader to familiarize themselves with the Labour Law book easily.

Hi,
Interesting presentation. However, I do not agree that for a long absence you don't issue any Charge sheet. In fact, a Charge sheet is issued followed by other procedures mentioned by you for long absences to take punitive or any other action. Dismissal is based on the gravity of the offense.
