Hi all,
I am working in a manufacturing firm in Pune. In my company, absenteeism is on the rise in both the staff and the workers' categories. What should I do? Training and counseling seem to be of no help.
Please suggest ways in which the social needs of the employees can be catered to while ensuring that productivity is not hampered due to their absence.
