I am using this opportunity to implore that we should provide enough information to bloggers at the outset for them to help us effectively. We need to provide the following information:
- What do we do (whether we are students, etc.) and where (in what type and size of industry)? For example, see how Jayeshm has posed the problem at Goal Setting.
- Why are we seeking the information? For example, is it for answering an assignment question or applying it at work?
- By when do we want the info? (How urgent is it)?
Another important aspect is that we should try to find information first (e.g., search the web) and then seek help, as one blogger keeps saying in his signature.
