I am working with a telecom MNC. Our attendance system is problematic. We have a biometric machine in the office, but every time employees punch in, it either hangs or displays "Please try again." Employees are frustrated because of this. Additionally, some individuals arrive late and mark their attendance, claiming the punching machine did not work.
