Requirement

1. When the MRF was raised.
2. By what mode was the employee selected?
3. If the employee is from a consultancy, by which consultant?
4. Check the employee tenure for those who joined from consultancy and through employee referral.
5. "If the tenure is less than the period mentioned in the contract between the company and consultancy, a replacement needs to be arranged."
6. Time period taken to close an MRF once raised.
7. "If the new employee is from an employee referral, check who referred them and ensure the report is sent to the payroll department."
8. The number of employee joinings should match with the Time Office records for the same date.
9. Verify the invoices raised by the consultancy.
10. The invoice count and employee names should match with the joined employees.
11. Verify the proper payments made to the consultancy.

Time Office

1. Employee database.
2. Attendance maintenance check.
3. Leave records.
4. Personal File.
5. Letters issued to employees (Warnings, Terminations, etc.).
6. Live list.
7. Exit List.
8. ESIC Numbers & PF Numbers.
9. Appraisal Data.

Payroll

1. Pay register.
2. Bank & PAN Numbers.
3. Days paid should correspond to attendance records.
4. Adjustments made according to issued letters.
5. Mediclaim deductions.
6. Increment or incentives paid.

This is just a brief overview, and there is much more to explain.

Note: All data should align with each other.
