Hello Friends,

It's enthralling to have a gathering of so many HR professionals over here where we get the chance to exchange our ideas and views. Sometimes, we HR professionals get stuck whenever it comes to employee welfare. Friends, the same situation is what I am facing. I am working with an IT company where we deal with both internal and outsourcing employees. In fact, we have initiated some employee engagement activities through the Motivational Forum, Superb Saturday, contests, as well as training and development.

Now, after implementing all the above, we welcome suggestions from everyone as it will enhance our thoughts, and we would be able to come up with new ideas. Also, suggest engagement activities for the outsourcing employees with whom we cannot meet.

Friends, if we share one suggestion each, we might gather a cluster of new opinions. So, do revert, as it is about employees.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I would also like to request some insights on engaging with outsourced employees whom we may never meet in person. We need to devise a plan that will make them feel valued and an integral part of our organization.
