I'm designing a training roadmap and would need help if someone could share with me a sample of a training roadmap. May I know whether to design a training roadmap, it starts from training needs analysis at an organizational, department, and job designation level?

Your training program should aim to increase operational efficiency. Therefore, start by focusing on departmental KRAs and consider how you can enhance departmental performance through the training. At the end of the year, you should assess the performance of the training department by measuring the increased operational efficiency of the operational departments.
