Dear Friend,

I need your ideas or opinions on setting up a level 3 evaluation questionnaire (Kirkpatrick model) for my staff. Currently, we have only implemented levels 1 and 2. In the middle of this year, we will begin implementing level 3 evaluations. Perhaps some samples would be helpful. Thank you very much. :icon9:
