If show couse notice is issued in any act under contract labour from labour department.Then what will proceedures behind this showcouse notice reply and what douments are requier of that.

The following is the procedure:
Right to Information Manual (link updated to site home) ( Search on Cite | Search on Google )
When a complaint is filed, it is common among all the states in India.
Also, you will have to contact the local labor inspector to initiate the process of reply. You can either approach the shops and establishments office or ROC, depending on which your firm is registered.
In case you need the contact numbers for the above, post back, and I might be able to provide you with the same.
