Hi all, This is my 1st question here. Tried finding the solution through UAN search bar but couldn't.
My situation is that I recently got an offer where it was written about salary breakup and a detailed agreement was due to be made within 15 days of joining. So I started working. Then it's close to 1 month and they didn't draft the Appointment letter that will have terms and conditions like np, etc . But I see that the EPFO portal has an entry there even when the first salary hasn't been credited (due on the last date of the month ). So my question is what can be a way to resign here before the date of salary credit and get that entry removed since I can't explain 1 month employment anywhere.
