Hi All,
Further to what everyone of you have mentioned - "CALENDER YEAR" wanted to get better clarity on it. How does it create a difference? What points need to be considered while framing a policy? Like, we follow a policy whereby the leave crediting stars in April & balance if any gets en-cashed in March. So according to all the views above are we violating the law?? What is the best practice keeping the law in place that one should follow?? Any views on this..
