Please clear the doubt. I will explain with an example.

Salary Deduction for Unpaid Leave

Employee A has a monthly salary of 25,000, but the company deducts 3,000 per month as a security deposit. A has taken 3 unpaid days of leave in a month. How should we deduct the salary for that unpaid leave? Should it be deducted from 25,000 or 22,000? How do we calculate this?

Obviously, you need to deduct from 25000.00 (calculation - 25000/30 x 3 comes out to Rs.2500.00)
