Dear Seeker,
Have you heard of the game named "Secret Santa"? While I was doing my internship at Adecco the HR made us participate in this game and guess what it was amazing.
Here is what you have to do:
* A day before Christmas (or the day before you play this game) give small chits to employees and tell them to write their name in it
* Collect all the chits in a bowl and mix well
* Now tell all the employees to pick one chit; they will end up taking chits having different names of different people; address that under no circumstance they will reveal the name
* While they go home they will buy a prize for the person written on the chit (fix the price limit max and min.)
* On the day of event assemble everyone and one by one and they will come in front and ask others to guess his/ her "Secret Santa".
* While others cheer he/she will reveal the name and he/she will give the gift to his/ her Secret Santa
* The person who came in front now have to repeat the same process
Do it with fun.

Hi Divya,
Apart from games and events, you could consider showering some simple, little surprises on the occasion of X'mas and New Year. Such small things can go a long way :)
