I had given the interview in TCS in 2018 after the offer and BGC ok, They told me that the position which you are coming for is not clear so you can not join. At that time I was serving the notice period and the company did not take my resignation, they relieved me as per the date. At that time I was facing a huge financial issue and I was the single earner for my family so due to financial issues i joined one company but that field was not relevant to me because I am a mold designer but they hired me as a machine operator but due to financial issue I worked 3 month and suddenly left the company and joined another company which was relevant to me and I worked in that company 2.8 year then i resigned and relieved then i joined another company.
Right now i gave the interview in TCS and again got a letter but I didn’t highlight 3-month working details in I showed on TCS I begin employment gap but in BGC they saw 3 months of work I told the BGC that was non-technical work so I didn’t highlight and same I told to HR. Except for 3 months i have full ok documents and also submitted them. So TCS will reject me or not? And i am also on notice period
