I joined IBM and worked there for 1.8 years. I was terminated for submitting false food bills with immediate effect. I received an experience letter but not a release letter. Following that, I worked for a small company for 5.5 years. Recently, I received an offer from TCS. Will there be any issues with the background check for TCS due to my termination from IBM?
