Hello Friends, I am Sachin. I passed my 10th in 2003 and 12th in 2005. After that, I took admission in D Pharm (same year, i.e., 2005), but I had no interest in it. I have an interest in computers, but due to some family recommendations, I took admission in it. So, I failed to pass and left that field forever. After that, I took admission in BCA in 2008. I cleared the 1st year, but in the 2nd year, I found math so hard that I faced several difficulties and had to drop out. I then took readmission in the 2nd year of BCA in another college in 2011 and cleared it in 2013. During 2009-2010, I worked for a small computer sales and service shop for 1.8 years and obtained certifications in Linux. Now, I am facing problems in getting a job.
My Queries
1) How can I handle this type of gap to get a job in IT companies?
2) Will I get a job in an MNC company after several years of experience?
3) How can I get my career on track?
Please give me your valuable suggestions.
Thank you

Hello sir, my name is Ashok. I have seen your reply regarding the issue I am facing. I started my graduation in BSc in 2009 and completed it in 2016 due to financial constraints. However, I have been working as a system administrator since 2012.
Currently, I am looking for a job. Can I mention my experience in my resume even though the passing out year on my certificates is 2016? If I get selected in a multinational company, will the HR accept my concern?
