Hi Everyone, Can anyone help me regarding statutory compliance, which we have to follow under the Shop & Establishment Act for a retail company? which type of return need to fill and what documents maintain under Shop & Establishment Act.
As per my knowledge given below acts are applicable. EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Maternity Benefit if any other action is applicable please advise with the due date.
I am changing industry, please help me.
