Dear friends,
It is a matter of great pleasure to inform you that this is my 5,000th post. From 4th November 2006, I have come a long way. In my uninterrupted journey in Citehr Express, I saw so many stations; I had so many fellow travellers. The travel exposed me to the newer and newer dimentions of the HR world.
Membership of Citehr came handy to me dually. Majorly, I could offer my advices to the upcoming HR/Training professionals. There are large numbers of HR/Training professionals, who work without guidance of their senior HR. It was great pleasure to offer suggestions or advices to these needy members. While doing so, I did not pull my punches but ensured that I did not use these members as punching bags. Many times, rather than offering solution, I asked more questions. Answers lay in my critical questions.
Upshot of my membership of Citehr was that it helped me in promoting my business. However, what gratifies to me is that I have given to this forum far more than what I have taken. It is sad to note that that few service providers, especially training companies or training professionals, use this forum only to promote their business. Possibly keeping in closet pearls of wisdom could be definition of their leadership. Be as it may!
To complete 5,000 posts it took me almost seven and half years. Had I started downloading something from some website and started uploading it here, I would have attained this landmark long ago. However, I did not believe in this postman-ship. I did not consider number of posts on Citehr as my target.
The credit for creating this forum goes to Mr Siddhartha Roy (Sid). What makes this forum to tick? I am nursing this curiosity forever. This forum derives its vibrancy from the quality replies from the senior members like Mr Narasimhan, Saswata Banerjee, Nathrao, Bhaskar S, Adv Sushil Luthra, Harsh Kumar Mehta, Sateesh TS and so on. My kudos to them!
My 5,000 posts have given me complete sense of fulfilment. I wish all of you to have similar fulfilment. While striving to make HR world better, I wish Citehr goes on forever.
All the best!
