Dear Pragya,
Congratulations on your decision to start your own business venture. And, the products that you've chosen certainly have the potential of being profitable.
A quick question for you:
The space you are looking at entering is cluttered and very crowded. In fact, its now a commoditised market where the distinct advantage remains with the first-movers who incidentally also have high quality product offerings.
Have you considered a franchising opportunity with an established market leader?
I realise that whilst franchising has inherent and significant risks, it also presents a viable model which reduces time-to-market, provides tested and ready-for-market product, a network of peers etc if entered into with a reputable franchisor.
Just a thought!
Take care and All the Best!

Dear Pragya,
At the outset I appreciate your decision of being self employed. A quick advise from my side
1. As a trainer you should develop your own unique training module and that should be the USP for your business.
2. Join hands with light minded people who are good at content development and buy the content from them
3. It is better to customize the content rather than having a structured solution
4. Develop modules to address individuals and ensure you build a coaching cycle along with training
5. never run the rat race( this market is flooded but still there is a scope for companies who can deliver quality)

Hi Pragya, First, congratulations on opening your own venture. It\'s very brave and courageous of you, and We wish you all the very best! With regard to the Communication Skill Training Module...since you haven\'t specified what kind of a communication module; basic or advanced. Nor have you mentioned the target audience or the learning styles you would like the module to be customized to. It would be helpful if the additional information is provided, in order for us to guide you appropriately. With Best Regards, BE

Dear Pragya,
Gaurav has brought out quite pertinent point. This is in addition to what he has said.
Overcrowded market apart, I feel that you do not know how to devise the product as well. If you want to start English Institute then designing modules should be your core competency. Forget about selling your product, you are asking help in designing stage itself.
I recommend you doing good amount of market research. Click the following link to read my reply to similar query:
