Hi every one,
I am drafting a Recreational Policy for my organization. Our company have sports facilities like the Football/Soccer field, Baskekball Court, Gym, Tennis court etc. and we would like our staff to use the same too. Further i was also thinking of including the programs like Annual picnic, Departmental Gathering and Dinners etc.
Can any one help or suggest. Your support will be highly appriciated.

1. People Focus- Appropriate Reward Management System
2. Recognition- Birthday Celeb, Anneversary Celebration
3.Career- Coffee/Lunch/ Outdoor party as a team
4.Pay- Incentive or spot recogntion system
5.Training & Develolment- Outdoor Learning Programmes
6.Work Task-Fun at work
