Hi, Would like to know: Salary ranges for HR professionals with MBA and 3 years work experience With IT/ITES companies located in metros in India Can some one share this info? Thanks.

I was getting 24000 k Per Month at my 3 yrs exp as a HR Generalist. All the 3 yrs in the IT Industry as a HR Generalist in Bangalore.
Some of the key factors affecting the salary are Location, How important your qualification is to your current job, relevant experience, Your current job responsibilities, No. of people in the department, Your performance.

suppose ur hr executive, one of ur senior claim for travel reimbersement ,his limit is 1000 but he had claimed 1500, what decision have to take as a junior? tell me some thing about travel claims,limits etc.
