Thank you Deep, for that wonderful article from Harvard research.
Many times in my experience i have met several individuals who have got absolutely no educational background at what they were engaged as a profession. It is extremely astonishing to experience a technically sound GM of a company with his grades just being 8th standard of the X-gen.
With this as a platform of understanding, i have taken some bold steps in an organization where experience makes a person better with more appropriate skills, intelligence / wisdom and application of creativity and knowledge for growth.
This is truly possible in manufacturing where the job is limited to fundamental skills with ease of learning. For eg - Spinning mills, garment units, dyeing units etc.,
People who want to excel will always do, if they possess the will to learn and adapt.
Thanks once again, it was like a confirmation of my practice in OD consultancy.
