Dear Ms. Ruchi,

Greetings for the day:)

HR is having a very vide concepts includes various statutory laws, labour laws, concepts related to Recuitment, selection, payroll, compliance, etc. If you want to know specifically about labour laws then purchase a Labour & Industrial manual which helps you alot in understanding about the various labour laws. TDS, EPF, ESI ,PT these are deduction made from Income/salary is it a very small part of HR.

If you have information about theses then i suggest you can try for payrolls as above mentioned deduction are comes under the head payroll

Dear Ruchi,
One thing i wanna share that there are more then 100 labour laws so it is not possible to remind all those but you should go through at least 10-12 labour laws which are at operational stage in your factory. Ask ur seniors about the returns they submit to government authorities. Then go through one by one on priority wise.

Hello Hr members,
I need you advise in regards of terminations. Actually our one of the company wants to terminate few employees from operator’s level included a senior. But problem is this to few of them we not have given appointment letter and few have, with 2 years bonds and 2 months notice period.(bond is valid till August.10) Now problem is this we are not capable to keep them any more or more then a month as we don’t have further orders. We made them understand but result was ‘just goods for nothing’. Kindly let me know that what short of action can be taken against of this. What kind of problems we can face by the employees.
Please mail me on 'kush.hrd@gmail.com'
Thanks & Regards

Dear All
Can anyone suggest the compensation to be paid to one victim of an accidnet as per statutory requirements in any factory... What it should be in case of a permanent disability case, what if it should be a fatal accident... It comes under the provision of whihc act...
Suppose a person looses his middle finger in an accidnet? What the compensation he is eligible to get?
Hope for some positive discussion regarding this?
With regards,
