Dear Friends
I m doing project on Benchmarking of two processes for a manufacturing Firm :
1) Recruitment process
2) Training & Development process
I have selected 10-15 manufacturing companies...
Now i have two ways for conducting this project either interviewing or by open end questionnaire filling by the concerned HR ppl of the manufacturing companies......
If somebody has done this project plz tell me wht questions shd be asked , or wht are those parameters which need to be considered......... or how shd i go abt the project.......

i understand their process of recruitment nd T&D .....
But now if i have to compare the processes of xyz with other companies ..on wht parameters i shd compare....or wht shd be the format of questionnaire....

Greetings to you Professionals. I would like specialise myself in performance appraisal system and training and development areas. Now I am working in Dubai in HR deprtment as HR coordinator. The company has already performance appraisal but it clearly seems not scientific. How to formulate the best suitable performance appraisal system within the organisation. I need a complete practical guideliness.

To answer your question about benchmarking training and development processes, I have a T&D benchmarking tool that I developed specifically for that purpose. The benchmarking tool can be found at www.businessperform.com/html/training_best_practice.html
