1 honesty and rich do not go together in strict sense.
2. it is surprising how can u think of joining a public /govt company when u badly admire
rich people.
3 if u want to be rich and honest strictly,u can play lottery or cassino.
4 if u want to be rich with reasonable honesty, u have to run your own business as a stockbroker, run bar/pub ,hotel/restaurant/massage parlor
5. only other option. remain in govt company utilize your spare time for various online money making opportunity available

First You should gain knowledge and experience. Then u will think and if u are comfortable to face any risks then start business at right place and right time. But u do not leave your job. U discuss with experienced persons and learn from them that what are the risks and good ways to run the business smoothly.
CAN! CAN! CAN!
All the best!!
