Due to some reason we paid salary of one of our employee for March 2012 after depositing contribution of PF challan at SBI bank.We paid him salary after deducting his PF but didn't included him in PF contribution for March '12.

Now my query is that how can we pay his unpaid contribution for March 12 in April 2012?

Hi, You can pay the left over employees contribution by generation challan once again for the particular employee. Else you can pay the unpaid amount in the next month.

Hai,
There are 2 Provision are available
1. You can generate separate PF Challan for the Employee for separate for the month of March 12.
2. Otherwise you shown in arrear column in the April 12 Salary.
Better you use Etool
Thanks & Regards

Yes Vivek,
All our HR friends said is ture, any unpaid contributions can be paid as arrear in the immediate pay cycle. But please make a note of it separately as u would have been filed the annual returns by this time, which should be reconsiled in the next annual filing....
thanks....
