Brief query. Please note that you will have to registered under act & obtain code number. Act is applicable to orgs engaging 20 or more employees. How many employees you are engaging at present? Employees drawing basic salary of up to Rs. 15000 are required to be covered.
What I have narrated is gist for beginners knowledge; many more actions will follow in case the act is applicable to you.

If their is 10 employees, then it is not necessary to deduct the pf, b’cz pf act is not applicable in your organization. Required 20 or more employees for the pf registration

Hi, If the gross salary is Rs.35,000(or more than 20k) then minimum PF contribution should be Rs.3600/-(including both employee and employer contribution) Regards Jayarathi Lawrence

Gross salary is not PF salary, only Basic & DA, if any, together is PF salary.
