As we all know, retaining is a skillful task. We observe that only money is not what an employee is looking forward to; but a word of appreciation, a pat on the back, in monetary terms, medical insurance, and maybe if good work is done by a team, a movie, dinner, and a training program.

You can organize various team activities, such as having them bring food they cook themselves and then announce a prize for the winner. You can also have them write a few positive and negative points about the organization and team members; this will help you understand what can be improved. Announce quarterly winners based on performance. Organize motivational movies or games. Encourage team members to interact with you. Have one-on-one sessions to understand their needs and address them accordingly.
