I am looking for an Undertaking format for tools, laptop, mobile devices, and a clause stating that the company is not responsible for any illegal mistakes made by the employee. Could you please provide me with a sample? This is very urgent as I am new to the HR Department and unsure of the correct format. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
