How does one conduct an audit in the HR department? Is it similar to that in the finance department, or is there any specific procedure? How is it related to the performance of the employees? Please brief me about this.

Hi, HR Audit normally covers compliance issues; vis-a-vis Laws and Company Policies / Procedures. HR Audit could be conducted by Corporate HR or a Consultant. Regards Ravi.B.S.
