The way to analyze depends on various factors such as the level of the course you are undertaking, whether it is for the organization's consumption or for publishing in a magazine or a reputed journal, etc. The following site "Interpreting the Results of Your Employee Satisfaction Survey" at www.busreslab.com gives some useful tips. This information was obtained by conducting a search using Google search engine at Google Search.
