I have to prepare a Recruitment Policy for my company. Can someone please mail me a sample recruitment policy or tell me what should be the components of a standard Recruitment Policy.

This is very urgent, so please help out if you can.

Can you tell me how you want to go about it? Like, what percentage are you willing to pay to consultants? What are the filters you want a consultant to have before working with you? How much replacement time do you expect a consultant to provide? After how many days are you willing to pay the consultants?

Hello! Actually, we are not planning to recruit people through a consultancy. What I was looking for is a recruitment manual. We were planning to streamline the recruitment system in our organization and we wanted to bring out a manual mentioning the policies, procedures, etc. I wanted to know what all components can be included in the recruitment manual.

4. Employment Procedure

6. Appointment

1) Corporate Domains
2) Different Profiles that will be required
3) Salary Structure
4) Source of Hiring (Advertisement, Consultants, Employee Reference, Job Portals, Payments for Consultants)
5) Recruitment Budget
6) Interview Panel
7) Signatory Authority
Etc, etc...

Objective (Manpower Requisition form filled by the Department Head). Different Profiles (Job Description), Skills, and Number of people required. Salary Structure for each Profile. Recruitment Budget. Source of Hiring (Advertisement, Consultants, Employee Reference, Job Portals). Screening. Interview. Selection. Issuing Offer Letter. Completing the Documentation (personal File). Induction.

This process varies from company to company and requirement of manpower (Budget/fixed salary labour/contractual labour).
