I have 3 years of experience in core recruitment. Recently, 4 months ago, I joined a non-IT company as a generalist HR. I am totally unaware of the statutory and PF requirements. Can anybody suggest a training institute or training program conducted for General HR, particularly in Chennai?

I have attached a document that will give you a gist of statutory and generalist functions. This is not a 100% refined work, so it may need some more refinement.
