Dear Praveen,
From you information it is clear that your monthly salary is more than Rs. 10,000 pm & therefore you can not avail the relief under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. You have to take the recourse of civil court for your salary. Therefore, it is hereby advised to take the help of a civil court advocate for filing the case.
