i have recently joined as HR Manager in telecom company, the format for the leave card you have posted is very useful however i have a doubt as to how to maintain it. a separate leave card is required for each employee or we can maintain records for all the employees in the same card, one more thing i would like to ask that while calculating the no.of days worked whether I have to consider all the days including offs and holidays or not.:confused:
please help me its urgent!!!
