Hi,
This diet plan is good. I have tried it earlier and reduced weight as well. However, once you stop, you should have a proper diet plan; otherwise, you may also put on weight at the same speed.
So, learn how to reduce solid food intake and replace it with adequate fresh juice or other natural drinks. Initially, you will feel weak, but after 3-4 days, you will feel alright.
Yoga is a perfect alternative to this as it helps all the glands and other organs function normally, aids in burning excess fat (especially in unwanted places), and ensures a smooth flow of blood throughout the body. Best way to reduce weight. :) But learn it from a good teacher who does not do it just for money.
Thank you!

No doubt this diet is good, but don’t try without proper doctor’s support. One of my colleague tried and by the end of 4 days he was admitted to Hospital.......:)

A good plan, but you cannot stick to it for long. In the process, you're killing your desire to eat. Another solution to weight loss would be to eat right and exercise, even if four times a week. You get what you want in both ways.

Dear Riya,
Maybe you want to copy me. It is very satisfying for me because everyone wants to copy or maybe wants to act like their favorite person.
Anyway, if you want to increase weight, then please send your age, height, weight, daily diet routine, and any diseases you may have.
Dear Vipul,
This is very beneficial because we start our work in the morning with a lot of tasks, so we need more energy. Lunch provides us with the energy to sustain it. However, after dinner, we go to bed, so there is no physical activity, only our brain and organs work. All the food energy will be stored in adipose tissue, which means body fat. I am unable to send you an email at this time.

Dear Sanchita,
First of all, thanks for the reply. Actually, I was not trying to copy you; it happened because of a fault in encrypting, as most of the sites are blocked here in my office.
As for the details you asked for:
I am a 25-year-old unmarried girl, and my weight is 40 kg. I don't have any diseases as I have gone through many tests except for thyroid.
Regarding diet and eating habits, I am not a big eater and stay in a hostel, so I do not get good food. I need a proper diet chart that I can follow. Should I join the gym?
Regards,
Riya

GM Diet is a challenging diet. I tried it and benefitted from it. I could hardly see any difference in weight loss; however, I felt great after the 7-day program.
Here is a link that provides a detailed GM diet plan, especially for vegetarians: [GM DIET FOR VEGETARIANS | eBlogs](http://www.eblogs.in/moksha/gm-diet-for-vegetarians)
You cannot follow this alone; you need a lot of support to carry out this program. Seek help from your parents, spouse, or even your friends or siblings. It's worth doing this. Do not give up if you feel weak; it's only a matter of time. You'll be alright if you continue with water in those circumstances. Good luck to those who follow this diet plan.

Hi Riya,
I didn't see this blog for a long time. Start your day with two tablespoons of dry fruits (almonds, raisins).
Breakfast: 4 pieces of sandwich (butter/potato/cucumber) + one egg + one banana + one cup of coffee.
Brunch: fruit salad with cream.
Lunch: veg pulao + two non-veg dishes + curry + raita.
Mid-afternoon: lassi with honey.
Evening: dahi vada or any heavy snacks.
Dinner: rice with non-veg/paneer + curry + one sweet.
Dessert: two to three tablespoons of custard/cadbury/kheer.
Water: at least 2-3 liters.
