Hi All,

I hope that the article written below will help us lead a healthy life!

Towards a healthy life, even though the deadline is fixed.

For those who like to drink cold beverages, this article is applicable to you.

It is nice to have a cup of a cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily food that you have just consumed, slowing down the digestion process.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than solid food. It will line the intestine, eventually turning into fats and potentially leading to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every symptom of a heart attack involves left arm pain. Be aware of intense pain in the jawline. Some individuals may not experience the typical chest pain during a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Approximately 60% of people who have a heart attack while asleep do not wake up.

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and stay aware. The more knowledge we have, the better chance we have of surviving.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshu is right. According to Ayurveda, warm water is very good and should be had throughout the day.
