Dear Ramkishore,

If you post such short general messages, you will not get many responses. However, if you do a bit of research by accessing material already posted at CiteHr and then post a clear, concise, and informative query, you will get people giving you further ideas. Please see my messages posted yesterday by using the "Advanced Search" facility by clicking on "Search" in the above blue bar.

Have a nice day.

Hi all,

This is R. Ramkishore pursuing MBA Final year. I am doing my project at a consultancy on the topic of Recruitment process. I need a suggestion for a project reference. My project objectives are as follows:

- To study the process of Recruitment at a Consultancy
- To study end-to-end activities of recruitment
- To find out the issues in recruitment in the IT industry
- To identify the factors affecting recruitment

My query is: If I work in a company, I can conduct a survey through questionnaires from employees and use chi-square for hypothesis testing or simple percentage for data interpretation. However, in the consultancy where only 4 recruiters are working, I am confused. Please help me out. My email id is ram2mba2008@gmail.com.

Thank you.
