In caeses of revision of salary exceeding Rs. 6500.00 per month, the employer is bound to contribute only Rs. 780-00 per month towards EPF irresspective of hike in the salary. The contribution from the employee will continue on the existing Basic + D.A. However, employer may consider to contribute at the existing Basic + D.A.

Dear marellaram,
Look the calculation is very simple.you can do it by yourself...in pf whatever amount u contribute your employer cotribute the same amount,,so if u r contributing 432 then employer is also contributing the same amt i.e-432,now the pf cycle is from mar to feb.now if u calculate ur full amount u can sum up the amount and also interest amount which is 8.5% P.A(kindly check),what i calculated the amount comes to something nearabout 20,137 including interest and the pension scheme amount.means to get this 20,137 rs u have to file rtwo forms ,form 19 for pf amount withdrawal and form 10(c)for pension amount withdrawal.but if you want to transfer it which is the best ioption as per me then you have to file form 13/13(A) for {within state/inter state}transfer.

Dear friends:
Please clarify following points:
* If employee firstly joined @ 8000 per month salary, employer is bond to pay EPF or not.
* If employee fill up form-11 ( declaration for not member of any EPF organization)then---
* I am working in a service providing company. one of the principal employer of this company is TCS. TCS is forcing my company to pay EPF of every employee whose salary is more than 6500/ month. All employees are fresher. They are not working any company before this.
